Minnesota's Exclusive NXG Truck Body Distributor

Turn-Key Flatbeds Built for Longevity & Productivity

NXG Truck Bodies are engineered — not rushed — so you get a flatbed that looks right, works hard, and outlasts the truck you put it on.

Installed and serviced exclusively by Bright Fleet Services, the only authorized NXG distributor in Minnesota.

High Quality & TUrn-Key

Six X-Factors That Make NXG Different.

Six proprietary X-Factor systems are engineered into every NXG body at no extra charge. No add-on line items. No stripped-down base model. Just more engineering, standard.

XCoat — Multi-Stage Powder Coat

NXG's proprietary 5–7 stage wash and prep before any powder is applied. Built specifically for Midwest salt and winters. No quick paint dust. No skipped prep. The corrosion protection competitors charge extra for — built in.

XRack — Welded Headache Rack

Built INTO the body, not bolted on. Precision 3"×4" steel tubing with mandrel bends and gussets welded on both planes. Houses XLights as a built-in component. Permanent, structural, vibration-resistant.

XLights — Automotive-Grade LED

Composite seal-beam LED technology with custom-designed wiring — no scotch locks, no residential-grade connections. Stop, tail, turn, backup, and built-in amber strobe standard. Lifetime warranty.

XHitch — Frame-Integrated Towing

30,000 lb gooseneck and 24,500 lb receiver with 2.5" — frame-integrated and standard on every body. Upright safety chain keepers, pre-wired electrical, emergency breakaway loop. The safest towing setup in the industry.

XDeck — Recessed 1/8" Treadplate

Fully recessed steel treadplate deck with no exposed edges that trap water and accelerate corrosion. Maximum cargo space, smooth working surface, XCoat-finished from day one.

XSteps — 3" Rear Step, Front and Back Acces

Industry-standard rear step is 2". NXG's is 3". Positioned in front of and behind the wheel wells, plus the largest non-slip rear step in the class. Safer access, every time the crew climbs on.

A Turn-Key Flatbed We Can Stand Behind

More Affordable Than Custom, Built to Our Standards

We've finally found a pre-built truck bed system that we can feel great about recommending.

Our clients depend on us to keep them productive and get the best ROI on every peice of machinery they own.

NXG Truck Beds are a fantastic solution for flatbed upfitting without paying a premium for custom fabrication.

Buy the Flatbed Once. Put It to Work for a Decade.

NXG bodies are engineered as one integrated system — corrosion protection, welded-in headache rack, automotive-grade lighting, frame-integrated hitch, recessed deck, and tighter fit and finish. You skip the replacement cycle and get years of harder, cleaner work out of every truck you upfit.

The Difference NXG Makes — On the Job, On the Books, and On the Truck.

Longevity & Productivity

Better engineering compounds across every part of your operation. Here's what changes the day an NXG body goes on your truck.

More Productive Days

A flatbed sized right, with toolboxes positioned for the way your crew actually works, finishes more jobs per truck per week.

Real Uptime

XCoat corrosion protection, mandrel-bent welded XRack, and composite LED XLights mean fewer surprise repairs and fewer surprise downdays.

Lower Total Cost of Ownership

Standard 30K gooseneck, 24,500 lb receiver, and a recessed XDeck with no exposed water traps means no upgrade line items and no premature replacement.

Stronger Resale at Trade-In

A clean XCoat finish, an intact body, and welded-in hardware brings real residual three to seven years out — not scrap money.

Pride in the Truck

Body lines that match the chassis. Fit and finish that looks OEM. The truck looks like it's worth what it's actually worth.

Keep Your Up-Time

When Your Flatbed prematurely deteriorates, the Whole Operation Pays.

What It Costs When Things Fail:

A failed truck flatbed isn't just a repair invoice. It cascades through the crew, the job, and the customer. Cheap flatbeds fail faster — and what they cost you has nothing to do with what they cost up front.

The Crew Stands Around

A down truck means paying people to wait. Labor cost with zero output, multiplied by every hour the rig sits.

The Job Slips

Promised start dates miss. The GC is already behind. Now you're the third trade running late, and you're the one explaining it.

The Customer Loses Trust

The phone call you don't want to make. The relationship that took years to earn, gone in a season of missed dates.

The Flatbed Eats Itself

Mass-produced welds, cheap prep, and residential-grade wiring don't survive Minnesota salt. Year three, you're already shopping for a replacement.

The Resale Hit

A rust-streaked flatbed with a sagging rack and a hitch upgrade tacked on doesn't bring residual value. It brings scrap money.

You Pay for It Twice

The "cheap" flatbed that fails in five years cost you the flatbed, the downtime, the replacement, and the reputation. NXG probably would have lasted the life of the truck.

A Great Flatbed Will Outlast the Truck — But Only If It's Installed Right.

Most flatbed quality problems are one of two things: a body that wasn't built to last, or an install that cut corners. NXG and Bright Fleet solve both halves of the equation in one shop.

Here's something most operators learn the hard way: a great body installed poorly will still fail. Two bolts per side instead of four. Wiring run wrong through the frame rail. Old mounting holes used because they were already there, even though they don't fit the new body. The body separates from the truck over time. The rack develops play. Water gets in. The truck that was supposed to last a decade starts looking like a problem by year three — and the operator blames the body, when the install was actually the issue.

That's why the Bright Fleet + NXG combination matters. NXG handles the build side: 5–7 stage XCoat corrosion prep before powder, both-sided welds, mandrel-bent steel, composite seal-beam LED wiring, frame-integrated 30K hitch standard.

Bright Fleet handles the install side: typically four to five mounting points per side (the spec is a minimum of three — Caleb overbuilds it), careful wire routing, the right approach for whatever truck rolls in, and the same craftsmanship standard the shop applies to every job. Caleb's words: "You don't want to ever have a separation between the bed and the truck. You want them to be one."

That's why the combination works. The product is built to last. The install is done so it can.

Built Right (NXG) - Both-sided welds. 5–7 stage prep before powder coat. Automotive-grade composite LED wiring. 30K frame-integrated hitch standard. Engineered to outlast the truck — not a quick paint dust over thin steel.

Installed Right (Bright Fleet) - 4–5 mounting points per side. Careful wiring runs. Old hardware removed clean — heated and cut, not hammered out. The body and the truck become one piece. Built like Caleb owns the truck himself.

Backed Right (One Shop, One Number) - Same shop installs it, services it, and handles warranty work. No vendor handoffs. No "call the manufacturer." Joe Lewis is one phone call away through Jim Steffes when something needs his attention.
